Hi!


Yep, I haven't been online much lately. Actually I've barely been online for weeks, I've been taking a non-scheduled break from the web. And since the sun just came back to this dark, wintry old country it's kinda hard to resist running out to greet it.
When I got back online for a while yesterday I had +800 deviations in my inbox, and +900 messages... so yeah, I'm sorry to have to say that I'll be unable to respond to all of these. *ashamed* But I wanted to say thank you, to all of you for the comments, favs, watches etc. Love ya!


So what have I been up to? Hm, nothing much. Working, drawing, the usual... yadda, yadda, yadda.

Listening to my younger brother talking, which goes something like this;
Brother: "Well you know, the problem is that the human race's evolution is kinda crappy."
Me: "How so?"
Brother: "Well, every other spieces evolved and got cool physical abilities like jumping really high, or flying. But the only thing evolving on us is the brain. I wouldn't mind being a bit retarded if I could fly."
Yeah, he said this. No wonder he gets robbed every two months, karma hates him.

The founders of Pirate Bay has been convicted to a year in prison( I think) which has pretty much everyone around these parts upset. And the whole, ugly ordeal has had some (to me) hilarious effects: for instance Pirat Partiet (the Pirate Party), a political party in Sweden that works for the right to download and for the right to maintain personal privacy online etc, has had one heck of a upswing. They went from being a rather minor party to one of the largest ones - since the founders of Pirate Bay was convicted they've been getting around 900 new members per hour.
And then there's IPRED. A new law in Sweden that basically gives the music and movie companies the right to demand information on who has been downloading their music...
And of course FRA. Yet a new law that more or less gives the government the right to look into what people do online, or talk to on the phone etc. All in the name of national security of course.
Ah, it's a joy. And the government wonder why people are upset.

Of course the government always has been a bit retarded, I wouldn't be surprised if they all developed wings and flew into the sun one day. All according to my brother's theory of evolution of course.

Edit: Right now I don't know whether to cry or laugh my ass off, seeing as my brother (yet again) managed to get mugged no more than 20 minutes ago. Yep, same brother who was mugged on new years eve... and again he's mp3-less. Poor lad, he just bought a new one after the last time. I'm starting to wonder if he's got a pesky anti-mp3 curse hanging over his head.
No worries, he wasn't harmed in any way (thank god), so I guess I'll stick with laughing at the whole thing. Seriously, who the hell manages to get mugged twice in a month and a half?
On the other hand this is the same guy who also broke BOTH of his arms in the same summer - the left at the beginning of the summer, and the right about a week after the first bandages came off.
I guess he just pile all of the bad stuff into one period at the time and get them all over with or something.
lol, I just had to log in to write this, now I'll head back to bed.

And btw, my cat made me wanna slam my head into the wall today. Why? Because for the past week he's (this being my eldest cat - 19 this year ) been being all grumpy and has run around complaining. And when he complains (which he rarely does, thank god)he can be heard at a 10 mile radius. My mom said he "sounds like he's got his tail slammed in the door". And this, for one full week. I haven't been able to sleep. Today I figured out what has been bothering him: I put the WRONG pillowcase on HIS pillow.
I remove it, and he hasn't made a sound since.

Ah, you've gotta love New year, the drama never fails to make an appearance.
My little brother, 19 years old, got mugged, and hit and kicked repeatedly in the head before they took off with his new ipod, wallet and cellphone. He's ok though, just a few bumps and bruises on his already thick head.
Thick head I say because the idiot refuses to go get his head x-rayed to make sure he didn't get any serious damage done, and I can't exactly force him either 'cause how the hell do you carry a 190 cm lump of cretin to the doctor? Sometimes I just wanna throttle him.

In other news; *susikicks and I were at a friend's house for the New years - which was fun, but would've been even better if not the assholes of doom had showed up too.
These two assholes being a couple of bastards, they eventually managed to get kicked out (literally) by another one of our friends, but not until after insulting pretty much everyone, that they dared to, at the party. (Myself not included )
At one point our friend had to physically restrain *susikicks from attacking the bastards. I guess it was good thinking, though I'd have loved to see her actually get a few punches in on their bloated heads.
Seriously they should know better than to call people "whores" and talking about how much they hate muslims, jews, and communitsts etc. Especially since several of the people at the party either were, or have friends/family who are muslims, jews, or communists. (my mom is a grade-a communists for instance)
Oh well, hopefully we won't have to see their squashed, ugly faces again, 'cause they're now banned from any more of our parties.

First of I'd like to say; Hi, to you all I know I haven't really been active on DA lately, as usual work is killing my DA-funtime After X-mas is over I'll have more time... eh, I think...
On to the yaoi! Well... no... yaoi is ruined for me now... and who are the culprits behind this? They are: [link]
Why, you ask?
Gah, let me tell you the story: I began two days ago, when I was innocently doing a puzzle (hey it's fun... don't look at me like that..) while having the TV on in the background. I wasn't really watching the TV, since I was so engrossed in the manic search for puzzle pieces and where to put them, but then I heard it: YAOI.
My head snapped up to the screen, and sure enough there those two were with a panel of sex-perts, discussing yaoi.
At this point I was pretty much looking like this: And thinking "Yaoi... on my tv?"
The puzzle pieces fell to the floor, quickly forgotten, as I listened. I tell you, it's pretty hilarious to hear a swedish non-fangirl person pronounce the words "uke" and "seme", while trying to look collected and professional.
But then the hilarity gave way to dread. They, these two (in my oppinion) annoying hosts, and their panel of sex-perts, began to discuss which one of the hosts (Filip and Fredrik btw) would be uke/seme if they were in fact a couple.

And now the thought is in my head and won't get out!
I can't see, hear or say the words yaoi, seme or uke, without seeing those two getting it on... and I die a little on the inside each time. I want bishies in my yaoi, dammit, not... not those two!
They've ruined my yaoi!

PS: *susikicks is of the oppinion that the skinny one would be seme.

Seriously, they make my day! XD
Ok, most of you are probably wondering what the heck I'm talking about, and let me tell you: It's these funny art theives that roam about DA, all dandy and convinced that they do nothing wrong, until one or more of "their" art (often rendered or edited as they call it) are reported and deleted by the nifty admins.
And what do they do when "their" art is deleted?
They trample into the complaints forum (a place most dreaded for those weak of sarcastic skill) and actually complain(!) about their art being taken down
And as we all know the regulars at complaints don't tend to take too lighty to art theft... so in the end the art theif has pretty much ended up reporting himself

It just makes my day a tad brighter to behold such idiocy
I don't even go into complaints that often and I have seen several ppl doing this...
